All wholesale orders for Goods shall be subject to these Conditions. We only sell wholesale to UK based retailers. If you are outside of this area you will need to contact us by email to customerservice@littlesatsuma.com

Minimum order value is £150. VAT does not apply to orders. Plus a flat fee delivery charge of £7.95 applies to all orders.

Payment of the total price of an order must be received by Little Satsuma and cleared before delivery. Payment for wholesale orders can be made by PayPal or cheque.

The reseller may not repackage the product, remove or replace the labels under any circumstances.

We aim to deliver to any address in the UK normally within 3 to 5 working days of the order date, where payment has been made on order date. Otherwise it will be within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of cleared payment (cheque payments).

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us by email to customerservice@littlesatsuma.com within 2 days of the delivery date.
