The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases English law shall apply.
All orders for Goods shall be subject to these Conditions.
You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 7 working days from receiving the items. Please see 'Shipping & Returns' for more information on returning an item.
We aim to deliver to any address in the UK normally within three working days of the order date.
We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card.
Payment of the price of an order must be received by Little Satsuma and cleared before delivery.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, and will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your Goods. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
